💼 About This Role

You'll develop software for IoT devices that power next-generation smart home experiences at Woven City, a mobility test course by Toyota. You'll build a safe, comfortable system integrating cloud and mobile apps to control in-home devices, collaborating with cross-functional teams to realize a human-centered city of the future.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and operate IoT device software (Python, Docker) for smart home systems
• Drive end-to-end development from requirements to architecture, implementation, and testing
• Design real-time control and data processing using MQTT asynchronous communication
• Optimize IoT protocol layers including Thread and Zigbee firmware (C language)

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of Python software development experience
• 5+ years of experience in multiple programming languages (e.g., TypeScript, Go, Python, C)
• Experience in real-time data processing with MQTT or similar async communication

✨ Nice to Have

• Embedded software development experience with IoT protocols like Zigbee, Matter, Thread, BLE
• Agile development practices with high-quality coding and testing
• AI/ML experience in camera image processing systems
