Description

You will design automated test solutions for satellite avionics and payload hardware, write Python automation software, and perform electrical bench testing to ensure hardware reliability. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and support hardware from production through flight.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in electrical engineering, computer engineering, physics, or STEM
• 1+ years of hardware development or electronics test engineering experience (internship ok)
• Experience with test equipment (oscilloscope, multimeter, spectrum analyzer, etc.)
• PCB design and troubleshooting experience
• Understanding of reliability and failure mechanisms

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automated test solutions for avionics and payload hardware
• Select COTS hardware or design custom PCBAs for signal measurement and testing
• Write Python automation software for test equipment and data analysis
• Support hardware through production, integration, and flight
• Perform bench testing and develop failure models to inform mitigations
