You'll take full ownership of building and scaling the commercial function in Germany, turning early market entry into a predictable revenue engine. You'll personally drive initial deals while laying foundations for future team expansion and collaborate with international teams across marketing, product, and operations.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Build and lead sales strategy for the German market
- Own full sales lifecycle including prospecting and closing
- Design scalable sales processes and playbooks
- Hire, onboard, and coach early sales team members
๐ Requirements
- B2B/SaaS sales experience in growth or early-stage environments
- Track record of consistent revenue growth and complex deal closing
- Fluency in German and English
- Experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
