You'll take full ownership of building and scaling the commercial function in Germany, turning early market entry into a predictable revenue engine. You'll personally drive initial deals while laying foundations for future team expansion and collaborate with international teams across marketing, product, and operations.

  • Build and lead sales strategy for the German market
  • Own full sales lifecycle including prospecting and closing
  • Design scalable sales processes and playbooks
  • Hire, onboard, and coach early sales team members

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • B2B/SaaS sales experience in growth or early-stage environments
  • Track record of consistent revenue growth and complex deal closing
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
