Description

You'll partner with Engineering leadership to drive people strategies, foster engagement, and build scalable processes. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution to support a high-growth engineering organization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years as HRBP in high-growth tech company; 7+ years total HR experience
  • Proven track record designing and implementing impactful people programs
  • Strong relationship-building and influence skills at all organizational levels
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws
  • Analytical mindset with strategic thinking and execution in ambiguous environments

Responsibilities

  • Serve as strategic partner to Engineering leadership on org development, succession planning, and performance management
  • Champion employee growth through career development initiatives and expertise in learning and total rewards
  • Create and execute innovative people strategies to attract, engage, and retain diverse talent
  • Lead as culture advocate, promoting values to guide decision-making and change management
  • Collaborate with People Team COEs to deliver initiatives and process improvements
