💼 About This Role

You'll lead and scale the founding SDR team at LangChain, a company building the agent engineering platform. You'll own team performance, coach talent, and design processes that power our go-to-market motion. This role partners closely with sales, marketing, and RevOps to continuously improve how we identify and engage the right accounts.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and coach a team of SDRs to generate qualified pipeline
• Own SDR performance metrics including conversion rates and pipeline creation
• Recruit top SDR talent and scale the team
• Build repeatable outbound and inbound qualification playbooks

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales development
• 1–3+ years managing SDRs or leading a sales development team
• Experience with technical products and developer audiences
• Experience with modern GTM tooling (AI Agents, LinkedIn Sales Nav, etc.)
