You'll plan and manage the Clinical Monitoring unit, overseeing policy development, site compliance, and staff performance. You'll represent clinical monitoring teams with sponsors to ensure high-quality, compliant service delivery. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and oversee clinical monitoring project plans and processes.
• Manage and mentor Clinical Monitoring team staff and contractors.
• Address sponsor and site concerns to improve service delivery.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to ICH-GCP guidelines.

📋 Requirements

• College Diploma/University Degree in Health Sciences or related field.
• Minimum 4-6 years related experience in clinical monitoring.
• Experience managing CRA staff and providing mentorship.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory guidelines.

✨ Nice to Have

• SoCRA or ACRP certification/designation.
• Experience in a remote global capacity.
