You will lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements while managing a team of accounting professionals. You'll also own revenue accounting for subscription and usage-based SaaS models, serving as a subject-matter expert for revenue-related questions. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or progress toward CPA preferred.
• 5–8+ years of progressive accounting experience; 2+ years of people management.
• Strong understanding of SaaS revenue recognition (ASC 606), deferred revenue, and subscription billing.
• Experience with modern accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes; prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, accruals.
• Own revenue accounting for SaaS models; review contracts for ASC 606 compliance; manage deferred revenue schedules.
• Directly manage and develop a team of accounting professionals; conduct 1:1s, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Enhance accounting workflows for scalability; identify automation opportunities; strengthen internal controls.
• Prepare audit schedules as primary liaison for external auditors; ensure GAAP and regulatory compliance.
