Description
As a Data Engineer on our Distributed Systems team, you will build data platforms that enable easy access to data from a central control plane, connecting OSS projects and extending feature sets. You'll work with government stakeholders to deploy next-generation data platforms for mission-critical needs using tools like DuckDB, Apache Pinot, and Apache Superset.
Requirements
- Subject Matter Expertise in a backend language: Java, Go, or Python
- Hands-on experience with Kafka and Delta Lake
- Educational background in STEM (Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics)
- Experience with Kubernetes and strong background in CI/CD and PaaS environments
- Must be a U.S. citizen; work within continental U.S.
