💼 About This Role

You'll join a small team building the core Lindy Assistant experience—a full-stack TypeScript app powered by React and Node. You'll own features end-to-end from scoping to production, collaborating closely with the founder, PMs, and designers. This role offers high trust and high expectations in a fast-moving startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and ship features end-to-end from code to production
• Collaborate with founder, PMs, and designers on product requirements
• Take ownership with attention to detail and bias for action
• Contribute across full stack with backend/distributed systems growth

📋 Requirements

• 0–2 years of professional software engineering experience
• Proven coding outside work: side projects, open source, experiments
• Ability to work independently with strong ownership
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving instincts

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with TypeScript, Node.js, React, or GraphQL
• Exposure to distributed systems concepts
• Experience with real-time systems or event-driven architectures
