💼 About This Role

You'll support hiring across multiple departments at a major new museum in Exposition Park. You'll build talent pipelines and implement sourcing strategies to attract a diverse candidate pool. This contract role allows you to shape the people operations of a landmark arts institution.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement sourcing strategies via job boards, social media, and networking
• Conduct phone/video interviews and evaluate candidates
• Collaborate with hiring managers on role requirements
• Maintain ATS records and generate recruitment reports

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years in talent acquisition
• Knowledge of EEO, OFCCP, ADA and employment laws
• Understanding of hiring and candidate assessment processes
