You'll own and execute organic social media and email marketing campaigns for a leading software consultancy. You'll build the marketing team from scratch, collaborating with a growth manager, designer, and freelancers. This role offers the chance to shape processes in a remote, collaborative environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and execute organic social media calendar across platforms.
• Set up, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns and workflows.
• Support on-page SEO: metadata, internal linking, keyword tracking.
• Pull weekly and monthly performance reports from social platforms.

📋 Requirements

• 4-6 years of hands-on digital marketing or growth role experience.
• Proven experience managing organic social channels (content calendar, scheduling, engagement).
• Solid understanding of email marketing: segmentation, automation flows, A/B testing.
• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals: on-page optimization, keyword research, meta tags.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Google Analytics 4 and/or Looker Studio.
• Working knowledge of HubSpot (CRM, Marketing Hub).
• Basic knowledge of paid media concepts.
