You'll serve as a trusted legal partner supporting Nabis' commercial, regulatory, and operational needs. Your core impact will be drafting and negotiating contracts, navigating cannabis compliance, and advising internal stakeholders. This high-ownership role offers a unique opportunity at the legal frontier of a rapidly growing cannabis company with broad exposure across the business.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements including vendor and distribution contracts.
• Advise business teams on regulatory compliance in California, Nevada, and New York.
• Support corporate governance matters and investor documentation.
• Monitor cannabis laws and develop internal compliance guidance.

📋 Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission (California preferred).
• 2–5 years of legal experience with exposure to commercial contracts and regulatory matters.
• Experience in a regulated industry such as cannabis, alcohol, or agriculture.
• Ability to manage multiple matters independently with strong attention to detail.
