You will shape and amplify Coveo's external narrative, strengthening credibility and thought leadership in enterprise B2B AI-powered relevance. You'll lead global PR strategy, drive proactive media relations, and align cross-functional stakeholders around compelling messaging.

Requirements

• 10+ years of PR experience, ideally in enterprise B2B technology or SaaS
• Proven track record of securing top-tier media coverage and building journalist relationships
• Strong strategic planning combined with hands-on execution excellence
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ability to translate complex tech into business narratives
• Experience scaling global PR programs through agency partnerships

Responsibilities

• Lead evolution and execution of global PR strategy aligned with business priorities and brand positioning
• Craft compelling corporate and executive narratives articulating vision, differentiation, and market leadership
• Drive proactive media relations to secure high-impact coverage across business, tech, and industry publications
• Partner with external PR agencies to define objectives, manage performance, and scale programs
• Support major company milestones with integrated PR plans and prepare executives with messaging and media coaching
