Description

You will manage customer relationships on the technical maintenance of the Ivalua procurement platform, handling enhancements, upgrades, and performance tuning. Acting as the dedicated contact for customer administrators, you'll troubleshoot code and SQL issues, communicate priorities, and support customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of L3/L4 software product technical support experience
  • Experience as a developer in an object-oriented language, ideally C#
  • Mastery of SQL for writing and optimizing queries
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a multicultural environment
  • Strong autonomy and priority management skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer relations as dedicated contact for 1-5 accounts
  • Conduct weekly and monthly meetings for prioritization and reporting
  • Perform follow-up, qualification, and prioritization of customer requests
  • Analyze change requests, parameterize the solution, and reduce specific code
  • Prepare and manage upgrades, including code reduction and testing
