Description

As an HRBP, you'll act as a strategic advisor to leaders, aligning talent strategies with business objectives across the employment lifecycle. You'll consult on organizational design, performance management, employee relations, and workforce planning in a hybrid work environment that supports agriculture and rural communities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in human resources business partner role
• Knowledge of talent management and employee relations
• Strong consulting and coaching skills
• Ability to align HR strategies with business objectives

Responsibilities

• Acts as internal strategic consultant to leaders on people strategies and complex workforce decisions
• Consults on organizational design, scalability, and workforce effectiveness
• Partners with business units to diagnose challenges and recommend talent solutions
• Executes core talent processes: performance management, talent reviews, workforce planning
• Coaches leaders on employee relations matters including investigations and conflict resolution
