Description
You will lead sales and partnership efforts with health plans/payers to drive adoption and scale for Roivant Health's portfolio companies. You'll drive go-to-market strategy, support value-based care contracts, and collaborate with Vant leadership to tailor business development approaches.
Requirements
- Exceptional academic background
- Proven track record of signing new payer and strategic partnerships in healthcare technology/services
- Deep familiarity with health insurance ecosystem, strategic priorities, operational challenges, and contracting
- Ability to operate independently and entrepreneurially in fast-paced environment
- Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Responsibilities
- Lead sales and partnership efforts with national and regional payers across lines of business
- Drive go-to-market strategy and implementation, including lead generation and sales pipeline through contracting
- Support development and execution of value-based care strategies and contracts
- Collaborate with Vant leadership to tailor business development approaches for market fit
- Provide payer landscape insights to inform product development and go-to-market strategies
