You'll lead physical security operations and directly supervise a team of Safe Secure Associates. You'll ensure safety protocols are upheld and assets are protected at our headquarters. This role stands out for its focus on incident management and crisis leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day activities of assigned security team.
• Implement and lead Incident Management program at HQ.
• Monitor badge access, server room controls, and alerts.
• Conduct risk assessments of HQ facilities.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in physical security operations or loss prevention.
• 1+ years directly supervising/managing a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and insurable DMV.

• Bachelor's degree in business, criminal justice, or related field.
• Experience with project management software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
