💼 About This Role

You'll be a huge part of our success by supporting the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience. You'll use your fandom knowledge to help train new recruits and ensure their success, and also support the management team in daily operations and meeting sales targets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that will encourage customers to return.
• Cover the sales floor and provide leadership support when the Manager is pulled away.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise product, and pack/unpack boxes up to 50 pounds.
