Description

You will act as the technical and strategic face of Claude to the insurance industry, working with executives at carriers, brokers, and reinsurers to design AI solutions for underwriting, claims, fraud detection, and customer experience. Your insights will influence product and research roadmaps, and you'll enable go-to-market teams with domain expertise.

Requirements

• 20+ years in technology/business roles with 8+ years in senior leadership in insurance.
• Deep domain expertise across multiple insurance segments (P&C, Life & Annuities, or Reinsurance).
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies including large language models.
• Established executive networks and credibility as a thought leader in insurance.
• Deep knowledge of insurance regulatory requirements (state regulations, NAIC, Solvency II).

Responsibilities

• Represent Anthropic's technical vision through conference keynotes, executive briefings, and whitepapers.
• Serve as executive technical sponsor for strategic insurance accounts, engaging C-level executives.
• Translate customer requirements into product priorities for insurance-specific capabilities.
• Train and uplift GTM teams on insurance domain expertise and use cases.
• Build technical relationships with GSIs, cloud providers, and insurance technology vendors.
