You'll partner with leadership to craft strategies and attract world-class talent in a high-impact role. This in-office role (McLean, VA) lets you shape the company's growth from the ground up.

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for business roles from sourcing through offer
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and design interview processes
• Source and engage top talent through targeted outreach and creative strategies
• Maintain and share recruiting metrics to track progress

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of recruiting experience with focus on business roles
• Proven ability to hire top talent in competitive markets
• Advanced sourcing skills including passive candidate pipelines
• Familiarity with technical recruiting tools and platforms
