💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the central point for maintaining real-time situational awareness of mission-critical systems in a 24/7 environment. You'll monitor data streams, triage degradations, and communicate rapid assessments to stakeholders and senior leadership. This role offers the opportunity to drive positive change for the US federal government.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain continuous monitoring of operational systems and data feeds.
• Serve as initial point of contact for incidents, assessing severity.
• Produce Spot Reports and shift summaries with essential details.
• Act as central communication hub during crisis events.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proficiency with watch floor tools: Kibana, Nagios, and/or Grafana.
• Ability to operate on a rotating 12-hour shift schedule.
• Must have an active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
