🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems
• Supervise and mentor engineering staff, assign daily tasks
• Coordinate third-party vendors and contractors for repairs
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company safety policies

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial building engineering experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Demonstrated leadership or lead-level experience

• EPA Universal Certification
• Trade school certification or journeyman license
• Experience with CMMS and BAS systems
