You'll manage warehouse activities and oversee a team to ensure efficient operations. You'll maintain inventory accuracy, enforce safety protocols, and optimize workflows to meet quality and cost targets. This role offers equity and bonus in a fast-growing company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Enforce operational and personnel policies
• Evaluate performance metrics for quality and cost
• Control inventory through physical counts
• Schedule and assign employees to meet operational requirements

📋 Requirements

• At least 5 years of warehouse experience
• At least 3 years of leadership and supervisory experience
• 5 days onsite and must work weekends
• Experience operating power industrial equipment (forklift, order picker, etc.)
