Description

You'll own full-cycle enterprise sales across Europe, developing account plans for complex multi-stakeholder organizations, collaborating with founders and leadership on strategic deals, and acting as a market voice to build credibility and pipeline. This role is about driving high-value wins and helping shape repeatable enterprise sales motions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years enterprise SaaS sales, ideally in hospitality or travel tech
  • Proven track record of closing complex high-value deals across Europe
  • Experience in value-based selling with deep discovery and executive storytelling
  • Technical acumen in platform/integration-heavy environments
  • High ownership and structured execution in build-mode, willing to travel

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle enterprise new logo sales across Europe
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for complex multi-stakeholder organizations
  • Lead consultative sales cycles with strong qualification, deal strategy, and forecast accuracy
  • Create executive narratives with ROI, operating model impact, and transformation roadmap
  • Partner with founders and senior leadership on strategic deals and serve as executive sponsor during rollout
