You'll lead Mastery's K-12 STEM vision, ensuring strong instructional quality across Math, Science, Technology, and MTSS. Your core impact is driving measurable student achievement outcomes through aligned curriculum and professional development. You'll translate network strategy into clear guidance for teachers and school leaders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute K-12 STEM strategy aligned to network goals
• Manage Senior Directors across Math, Science, Instructional Tech, and MTSS
• Oversee STEM curriculum implementation and vertical alignment
• Lead MTSS design and scaling with cross-functional teams

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's strongly preferred
• 10+ years experience in curriculum, instruction, and school leadership
• NJ or PA supervisory or school leader certification preferred
• Proven track record of measurable results in under-resourced communities

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Common Core, NGSS, PA STEELS, and ISTE standards
• Experience in education technology
• School leadership experience
