Description

You will develop and execute an enterprise-level employer business development strategy, building sustainable talent pipelines that connect Per Scholas graduates with IT job opportunities. Your work will drive placements in high-demand tech roles, directly supporting the organization's mission of unlocking potential through tech training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years in Talent Acquisition, Sales, HR, or Business Development with track record of closing deals
  • Experience presenting to senior executives and operational managers
  • Proven consultative selling and relationship management skills
  • Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce.com preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Develop enterprise-level employer business development strategy with stakeholders
  • Cross-sell engagement options including customized training opportunities
  • Analyze industry trends and opportunities
  • Secure 5-10 employer accounts committing to 7+ hires annually across IT roles
  • Manage accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain CRM records
