Description
You will develop and execute an enterprise-level employer business development strategy, building sustainable talent pipelines that connect Per Scholas graduates with IT job opportunities. Your work will drive placements in high-demand tech roles, directly supporting the organization's mission of unlocking potential through tech training.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years in Talent Acquisition, Sales, HR, or Business Development with track record of closing deals
- Experience presenting to senior executives and operational managers
- Proven consultative selling and relationship management skills
- Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce.com preferred)
Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise-level employer business development strategy with stakeholders
- Cross-sell engagement options including customized training opportunities
- Analyze industry trends and opportunities
- Secure 5-10 employer accounts committing to 7+ hires annually across IT roles
- Manage accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain CRM records
