💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the Technical Director for the Information Security as a Service (ISaaS) program, leading a large team securing DOJ enterprise systems. You'll ensure ATO continuity, risk management, and performance across a complex federal environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead ISaaS teams spanning ISSOs, ISSEs, and support staff.
• Manage program performance, budget, and subcontractor execution.
• Ensure ATOs, continuous monitoring, and audit readiness.
• Serve as primary technical liaison with DOJ stakeholders.

📋 Requirements

• Senior-level experience leading enterprise-scale cybersecurity programs.
• Expertise with NIST RMF, FISMA, and federal authorization processes.
• Proven experience managing large, multi-team programs with budget accountability.
• Experience as primary technical liaison with senior Government stakeholders.

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience supporting DOJ or IC customers.
• Experience with performance-based or firm-fixed-price contracts.
• Familiarity with portfolio-based ISSO/ISSE delivery models.
