🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and own product vision and roadmap for the Hadron platform
• Prioritize product initiatives and make go/no-go decisions on features
• Translate institutional requirements into product specifications
• Act as liaison between product, engineering, and external partners

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management or ownership
• At least 3 years in digital assets, tokenization, or financial infrastructure
• Hands-on experience delivering a tokenization or RWA product
• Understanding of blockchain ecosystems and token standards

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with institutional clients such as banks or asset managers
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks like MiCA, MAS, SEC, VARA
• Strong communication skills in English
