💼 About This Role

You'll set the technical direction and architectural standards for QualityOS, a mission-critical distributed system that scales Anduril's manufacturing operations. Your impact spans beyond the team as a technical bridge between product and platform organizations. You'll balance hands-on execution with raising technical standards through code quality and operational excellence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define technical architecture for QualityOS including scalability and integration strategies.
• Build mission-critical distributed services, APIs, and tooling for manufacturing quality.
• Lead by example with rigorous testing, deployment safety, and observability.
• Partner with platform team to shape shared infrastructure for manufacturing needs.

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of software engineering experience in fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to influence technical direction across multiple teams.
• Experience with large enterprise applications and high availability platforms.
• U.S. Person status required for access to export controlled data.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with AWS, Typescript, React, and Remix.
• Experience in hyper growth startup-like environments.
• Manufacturing or quality domain knowledge (QMS, MES, incident management).
