You'll lead and mentor a UX research team while staying hands-on, shaping product decisions through continuous research. You'll partner with Product, Design, Engineering, and GTM teams to understand customer workflows, driving platform strategy and roadmap.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of UX researchers.
• Own and evolve the UX research strategy across the platform.
• Plan and execute hands-on qualitative and quantitative research.
• Translate complex research findings into actionable insights.

📋 Requirements

• 6–9+ years of UX research experience.
• 2+ years in a people management or lead role.
• Mixed-methods research experience in SaaS or complex digital products.
• Storytelling skills to drive alignment across teams.
