💼 About This Role

You'll partner with Customer Success Managers to onboard customers and drive product adoption in a fast-growing AI startup focused on housing and healthcare. Your work will help customers achieve measurable value while you develop deep expertise in EliseAI's platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Onboard new customers, aligning goals and ensuring successful implementation
• Proactively engage customers to drive product adoption and retention
• Monitor usage data and health metrics using PlanHat, Zendesk, and Slack
• Host onboarding webinars and customer training sessions

📋 Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional experience in customer-facing or support roles
• Strong communication skills and organized working style
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and collaborating across teams
• Willingness to work in-person 4-5 days per week
