You'll be the first point of contact for employees and external customers seeking technical assistance on Equip's virtual eating disorder treatment platform. You'll ensure users receive prompt, efficient support while troubleshooting software issues and escalating complex problems.

  • Provide prompt support to users experiencing product issues
  • Investigate and troubleshoot software and platform problems
  • Escalate unresolved issues to senior team members
  • Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work 9 am - 6 pm PST
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer-service orientation and attention to detail
