💼 About This Role

You'll manage end-to-end accounts payable operations including invoice processing, payment distribution, and vendor master data maintenance in NetSuite. Your work ensures accurate and timely payments while supporting month-end close and audit readiness. This role offers the chance to drive continuous improvement in AP workflows and serve as the system owner for the Emburse platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process PO and non-PO invoices in NetSuite with matching and exception handling
• Manage vendor onboarding, master data, and payment distribution
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Support month-end close and audit requests

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years of accounts payable experience
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis
• Knowledge of accounts payable processes and internal controls

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Emburse or similar corporate card platform
• Experience with 1099 reporting and compliance
• Certification in AP or accounting
