Description

You will join the Quant Execution Analytics (QEA) team at Squarepoint Capital, managing the central high-touch execution ecosystem across asset classes. You will interface with traders, execution quants, and external counterparties to design and improve execution processes and onboard new products in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in a High-Touch execution role
• Proficiency in Python and/or KDB
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Familiarity with transaction cost analysis (TCA)
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with strategists to understand requirements and onboard new flows into the High-Touch execution pipeline
• Collect market intelligence and analyze market microstructures
• Review transaction costs and recommend trading improvements with traders and quantitative developers
• Liaise with dealers and external platforms (Tradeweb, Bloomberg, etc.)
• Promote and enforce best trading practices on the High-Touch desk
