💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a trusted financial partner to key business units, providing strategic insights and data-driven recommendations. This high-visibility role bridges finance and operations, requiring both technical acumen and strong stakeholder management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting for assigned business units.
• Develop and maintain financial models for scenario analysis and long-range planning.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations.
• Lead ad hoc financial analysis, business cases, and investment evaluations.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of FP&A experience.
• Deep understanding of SaaS financial metrics (ARR, GRR, NRR).
• Expertise in financial modeling and Excel; experience with Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, or Planful.

✨ Nice to Have

• MBA, CFA, or CPA certification.
• Experience with CRM and marketing platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).
• East Coast location preferred.
