• Advise executive team on workforce planning and org design
• Manage and develop Recruiting and HR Operations teams
• Serve as senior HRBP across US, LATAM, Japan, and EMEA
• Design programs to attract, develop, and retain top talent

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years progressive HR experience
• 4+ years in senior HR leadership role
• Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS or cybersecurity
• Track record scaling HR across multiple geographies
