Description

You will define the strategy and roadmap for the seller lead ecosystem, optimizing matching algorithms and driving platform efficiency to connect sellers with real estate professionals. This high-visibility role involves data-informed decision-making and close collaboration with Revenue, Engineering, and Data Science teams.

Requirements

  • Approximately 10 years of product management experience in marketplace, real estate, or B2B/SaaS
  • Strong familiarity with data science and machine learning concepts
  • Experience with complex platform products like matching, routing, or data-driven optimization
  • Deep understanding of B2B lead generation lifecycle
  • Ability to translate complex technical strategies into actionable insights

Responsibilities

  • Develop and communicate product vision and roadmap for lead platform
  • Guide iteration of matching and distribution algorithms to optimize marketplace efficiency
  • Use data and analytics to validate hypotheses and identify growth opportunities
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to align on product enhancements
  • Collaborate with Product Manager of Seller Client Experience on partner enablement
