Description

You will ensure the functionality and setup of the venue before, during, and after events by performing maintenance tasks such as painting, minor carpentry, barricade deployment, and various site repairs. This role involves physical labor to optimize venue operations and appearance throughout the season.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years related work experience
• Ability to lift 35 lbs
• Ability to climb, crawl, bend, and stoop
• Flexible to work lengthy hours including nights, weekends, holidays

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, event, and scheduled cleaning and maintenance projects
• Maintain venue including painting, pressure washing, bathroom maint, HVAC upkeep, other repairs
• Setup and break down barricades, fence panels, site furniture, and signage
• Pick up and distribute packages and deliveries across the site
