💼 About This Role

You'll support licensed colorists at a Madison Reed Hair Color Bar, learning services like shampooing, blowouts, and toner applications while working toward promotion to Licensed Colorist in 3-9 months. Your focus on guest consultations and retail sales will help drive revenue through additional services and memberships. This role offers hands-on training in a supportive team environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform shampooing, conditioning, blowouts, and hot tool styling services
• Assist with finishing services, toner applications, and product application per guest request
• Contribute to monthly sales goals including retail sales, services, and memberships
• Maintain cleanliness, merchandising, and inventory standards

📋 Requirements

• Active cosmetology license in the state of application
• Entry-level experience in customer service or retail sales
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable operating point of sale systems
