You'll ensure on-orbit mission operations meet technical and service-level objectives, acting as the technical link between development and operations. Your work will drive constellation performance and model-based engineering to deliver scalable services. This role offers a hybrid model and access to space-based data services.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own technical quality of mission operations and SLA monitoring.
• Assess underperformance and coordinate resolution strategies.
• Define asset profile structure and performance requirements.
• Bridge Systems Engineering, Mission Design, and SRE teams.

📋 Requirements

• BSc in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Computer Science.
• 3+ years experience in system performance monitoring and anomaly resolution.
• Solid understanding of space system behavior (thermal, power, RF).
• Strong Python and SQL skills with GitHub workflows.

✨ Nice to Have

• 3+ years supporting multi-satellite constellation operations.
• Knowledge of asset profiling and system models.
• Understanding of ground-segment tooling or SRE practices.
