• Own P&L performance and operational excellence for 65-80 locations
• Inspire, coach, and develop regional team of General Managers

📋 Requirements

• Multi-site leadership experience in hospitality or retail
• P&L management experience with multi-unit accountability
• Manager of managers experience developing leaders
• Located in New York City with 35% travel
