You'll support the back-office settlement process and manage customer funds reconciliation at a fast-growing fintech redefining private company liquidity. Your core impact will be optimizing foreign exchange and credit facility strategies while maintaining accurate cash flow forecasts. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Support Hiive settlement process for customer transactions.
• Reconcile and record customer funds ledger per regulations.
• Conduct FX research and recommend hedging strategies.
• Maintain weekly cash flow forecasts and cash balance updates.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5+ years of banking operations or treasury experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Knowledge of US and Canadian payment rails and cash management.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

✨ Nice to Have

• Working towards CPA, CTP, or CFA designation.
• Experience in a growth startup or rapidly changing environment.
• Experience in capital markets or technology industry.
