Description
As a Car Hauler Driver, you will safely operate a Ford F-650 and Kaufman 5-car hauler to deliver retail vehicles and be the first Clutch employee customers meet. You'll handle customer interactions, inspect vehicles, complete paperwork, and assist the team.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years experience transporting vehicles
- 2+ years customer-facing experience
- Valid Ontario Class AZ license
- Clean 3-year driver's abstract with no major infractions
Responsibilities
- Safely operate Ford F-650 and Kaufman 5-car hauler for customer-facing and non-customer-facing deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service as the face of the company
- Inspect vehicles for cosmetic and mechanical issues
- Complete customer paperwork and notes in tracking system
- Assist team members with tasks as needed
