You'll lead the vision and development of Teads' Enterprise Performance product suite, shaping the next generation of AI-powered advertising solutions. You'll drive product strategy, design, and delivery, collaborating with senior leaders across business, engineering, and marketing. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and drive product vision and roadmap for Performance solutions
• Lead design and development of scalable ad-tech solutions
• Drive rollout of complex product initiatives with cross-functional teams
• Engage with clients and partners to validate product value

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years as Product Manager in ad-tech
• Experience in Performance advertising (mid/lower funnel or Retail Media)
• Ability to communicate and collaborate across departments
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or engineering
