💼 About This Role

You'll join Nium, a leader in real-time cross-border payments, to ensure compliance and mitigate financial crime risks. You'll conduct KYB due diligence and enhanced risk assessments for business entities, directly safeguarding regulatory compliance and supporting global business growth. This role offers the chance to streamline processes through automation and technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review and verify business registration documents and UBO details.
• Conduct enhanced due-diligence checks based on risk profiles.
• Perform periodic and trigger AML reviews on client profiles.
• Use technology and machine learning to improve compliance processes.

📋 Requirements

• 6-8 years compliance experience in regulated companies.
• Deep knowledge of KYB/KYC, AML/CFT, and sanctions.
• Understanding of Payments/Fintech industry.
• Fluent English and flexibility for rotational shifts.

✨ Nice to Have

• ACAMS/ICA certification.
• Experience in building and leading a team.
• Experience with regulatory projects and strategic initiatives.
