🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and direct installation crews on structural metal projects
• Coordinate daily site activities with general contractors and trades
• Review drawings and blueprints to guide proper installation
• Ensure installations meet project specifications and timelines

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with structural or miscellaneous metals
• Leadership or crew supervision experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and safety documentation
• Knowledge of AWS D1.1 standards and welding processes
