Description

As an Operations Lead at ALO, you'll drive profitability and efficiency in the store. You'll manage inventory processes, ensure stock accuracy, and reduce shrink. You'll also oversee shipment, receiving, and floor set updates to maintain strong visual standards and a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability and efficiency through inventory management and operational functions
• Maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate inventory issues and partner with General Manager to resolve process gaps
• Execute shipment, receiving, returns, and sales floor recovery
• Champion visual standards and maintain stockroom organization
