You'll support medical billing processes under value-based care and fee-for-service contracts for Delfina's pregnancy care data platform. You'll ensure data integrity across EHR systems and payor portals to improve maternal and child health outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Complete billing uploads in EHR systems based on exported reporting
• Cross-reference member lists through EHR systems and payor portals for eligibility
• Maintain data integrity through meticulous notetaking and error-free data entry
• Differentiate value-based and fee-for-service claims based on payor agreements

📋 Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in medical billing
• At least one year experience in Medicaid billing
• Proficiency with EHR systems (e.g. Tebra, athenaOne, eCW)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

• Familiarity with Texas-specific payors and billing guidelines
• Experience with healthcare technology organizations
• Experience with value-based care contracts
