Description

In this role, you will coordinate schedules and operational readiness for live sporting events, provide real-time support for multiple concurrent streams, and own Tier-1 events to ensure a high-quality viewer experience. You'll work cross-functionally with internal teams and content partners to deliver reliable live streaming at scale.

Requirements

• 3+ years in digital media or streaming operations
• 1–3 years supporting live online video workflows (satellite, fiber, TS, SCTE signaling)
• Experience managing linear programming schedules and EPGs
• Strong communication skills to bridge technical and business contexts
• Ability to remain composed in high-pressure live environments and work variable hours

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules and operational readiness for live sporting events
• Provide real-time operational support for concurrent live streaming events
• Own Tier-1 live events end-to-end ensuring high-quality viewer experience
• Triage and mitigate high-severity incidents during live events
• Produce post-event reports and operational summaries
