💼 About This Role

You'll oversee daily lab operations and staff performance as a liaison between employees and senior management. Your core impact is ensuring adherence to CLIA/CAP guidelines and meeting quality objectives. This role offers the chance to lead in a cell-free DNA testing environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Schedule staff and set sample run schedules
• Monitor team adherence to SOPs and safety procedures
• Oversee training for new hires and document nonconformance reports
• Handle employee issues and conduct performance reviews

📋 Requirements

• BS/BA in Medical Technology or related field
• 4 years CLIA laboratory experience (or equivalent combination)
• Current MT/MLS/CLS/MB/MDx certification from ASCP, AMT, or AAB

• Master's degree in chemical, physical, or biological sciences
• Experience in Molecular Biology
• Proven leadership experience
